Hello all,
Just a bit of "technical" information on the Blackpool track for the benefit of those who were not involved in last years event.
Track length 61 foot, three lanes and Sandtex surface.
Power is 12 volts supplied by a large Battery that can be kept on trickle charge should the circumstances require it.
Main straight length is approximately 11 foot with the rest being a mix of medium to slow corners joined by short ( 4 foot or thereabouts ) straights.
Photos of the track can be viewed in the relevant section of last years event but I will post then again if anyone has trouble accessing them for any reason.
